Business automation and CRM

Every inquiry gets an answer, an owner and a next step.

For businesses where leads come in by form, phone or email and follow-up depends on someone remembering. We connect the tools you already use so the routine steps happen on their own.

Who it's for

Businesses whose leads sit in inboxes, spreadsheets or sticky notes.

What you get

Tested workflows in your current tools, with a plain-language map and a short runbook.

Timeline

Start with one workflow. Your scope sets dates for mapping, setup, testing and handover.

Price

Quoted per workflow or project after a 30-minute call. You approve it before work starts.

The problem we fix

The difference is what happens at 7:42 pm.

Same customer, same request, same team. One business answers in a minute. The other answers the next afternoon, after the customer has moved on.

Without a workflow

Illustration with a made-up business

  1. Request lands in a shared inbox.
  2. Someone notices it between jobs.
  3. The callback goes to voicemail.
  4. The customer already booked someone else.

With a workflow

Illustration with a made-up business

  1. Contact created and assigned to Dana.
  2. The customer gets a text and email confirming the request.
  3. A call task is at the top of Dana's list.
  4. Visit booked. The CRM shows who, when and why.

Examples

Workflows we commonly set up.

Each one is a plain rule you can read and change. The last column shows what your tools need to support.

  • WHEN

A website or ad form is submitted

    THEN

Create the contact, assign an owner and confirm with the customer

    NEEDS

A form tool and CRM that can connect

  • WHEN

A quote has had no reply for three days

    THEN

Remind the owner, or send a follow-up you approved

    NEEDS

    Quotes tracked in your CRM

  • WHEN

    A job is marked complete

    THEN

Send a thank-you with a link to leave a review

    NEEDS

A job status the workflow can read

Review requests go to every finished job, with no filtering for happy customers and no rewards for good reviews.

What you get

A system that keeps working.

  • Setup in the tools you already use
  • Customer messages written with you
  • Testing, including what happens when something fails
  • A short guide and a walkthrough for your team

Software fees and bulk marketing campaigns aren't included, but we can quote them if you need them.

Questions

What people ask about automation.

If something won't work with your tools, we'll say so.

Which tools do you work with?

We start with what you already use. Before quoting, we check that your CRM, forms, calendar and phone system support the workflow, and tell you plainly if they don't.

Do we need to buy new software?

Usually not. If a connector or upgrade is needed, you'll see the cost and the reason in the scope before you approve anything.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes, and we recommend it. Inquiry routing is a good first choice because it's easy to test and you can see whether it's working within days.

What are you tired of doing by hand?

Pick one repetitive task. We'll map it on the call and tell you whether it's worth automating.
